To leverage better time management, it helps to integrate scheduled meetings on your Calendar app with GoToMeeting links. This guide shows you how easy it is to integrate both platforms for increased productivity.
To get started, open your Calendar app and sign-in to your account.
Go to the Settings menu located in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Under Settings, you'll find a menu for Integrations. Click on that menu as shown below.
Under the list of potential integrations that you can do with Calendar, you'll see one for GoToMeeting.
Here, you will be able to integrate scheduled meetings with GoToMeeting links by connecting the two platforms. Click on the "Connect" text in blue and follow the instructions for connecting the platforms.
