At Calendar, we now offer more ways you can add your schedule to your website. This article will cover the various embed options you now have for your calendar.
Start by signing in and opening your Calendar account. In the picture below, you will see what your Calendar dashboard looks like when open.
From there, select Time Slots and open this menu option. From here, you'll be able to add a time slot and schedule to your website.
In the upper right-hand side of your dashboard and screen, you should see blue writing that says, "Add to Website" as highlighted below.
Next, click on those words, which will then take you to three options for adding scheduling and your current availability directly to your website.
First, you can choose Inline, which will add your scheduling page directly to your website. Clicking on that scheduling embed option takes you to a new screen that contains embed code unique to your calendar as shown below.
Once you copy the HTML code, then go to your website platform like WordPress and add the embed code to the page you want to embed your schedule.
The next option is a Widget Pop-Up. This embed option lets you create a sticky button on your website that links to a scheduling page pop-up that will show your schedule and availability. When you select this option, you go to a page shown below with button setting features to customize alongside your unique embed code to copy and use for setting up this button.
The third and final option Calendar offers for scheduling embedding is a Button/Text Pop-Up option. Shown below, it allows you to create a link or button on your website that then links to your scheduling page pop-up.
In the above picture, you can see that you can customize how the scheduling button looks on your website. Plus, it gives you the unique embed code you need for scheduling placement on your website.
Once you select and apply one of these three embed options for adding your schedule to your website, your customers or clients will be able to see your availability and reach out for an appointment or meeting.
