Connect Zoom to Calendar.com to generate a dynamic conferencing link when a person schedules with your scheduling event. The schedulers will receive the location details in the schedule confirmations and in the emailed calendar invite. As the meeting organizer or host, you will automatically have the scheduled meeting with Zoom details added to your calendar.

- To use the Calendar.com Zoom App, first, the Zoom Admin must install the Zoom App.
- Visit the Zoom App Marketplace and search for Calendar.com.
- Locate the Pre-Approve toggle and enable it.
- Now you can return to Calendar.com.
- On Calendar.com, connect your Zoom account.
- User Settings > Integrations > Zoom > click [Grant Zoom Access]. Click your Profile icon or Picture in the bottom left to access your User Settings.
- On the Zoom Authorization page, click [Authorize] to grant Calendar.com to access your Zoom account.
- Your Zoom Account is now Connected.
Now you may select Zoom as the location for any of your time slots to have a dynamic conference link generated for each meeting. Schedulers will receive the complete meeting details in their confirmation notification after scheduling with you. In the screenshots below you can first see where to find the user settings and then secondly where to find the integrations and zoom tab.
Personal Scheduling Events
Scheduling Events are configured from your Scheduling Pages within your Workspace. Select or create a new time slot. Select One-on-One. In the ‘People & Places’ tab, find the Locations dropdown, and select Zoom. Save your time slot settings. Now when a scheduler books a meeting via your Zoom-enabled scheduling event, a Zoom meeting link will be generated on the fly and provided in the meeting details for you and the scheduler.
Team Time Slots
Time Slots are configured from your Scheduling Pages within your Workspace. Select or create a new time slot. Select one of the Team types. In the ‘People & Places’ tab, find the Locations dropdown, and select Zoom. Save your time slot settings. Now when a scheduler books a meeting via your Zoom-enabled scheduling event, a Zoom meeting link will be generated on the fly and provided in the meeting details for you and the scheduler.
NOTE: It is preferred to have each team member connect their own Zoom account so a unique Zoom meeting link can be generated for each team member.
Disconnecting your Zoom Account
You can disconnect your Zoom account on Calendar.com or on Zoom.
- To disconnect Zoom via Calendar.com:
- User Settings > Integrations > Zoom > click [Disconnect].
- Note: This will disconnect Zoom from your account and delete any Zoom-related data such as your access tokens.
- To disconnect Zoom via Zoom:
- Login to your Zoom App Marketplace account.
- Navigate to Manage > Installed Apps > find the app and click Uninstall.

Users subscribed to Zoom's free Basic meeting plan can host meetings for up to 40 minutes. Upgrade to Zoom's Pro meeting plan to host longer meetings.
To use your Personal Meeting ID for all scheduled meetings, log in and view your Zoom account, go to settings, then switch on the Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting button.
