Our Help Center includes a wide range of articles designed to guide you through common questions and issues in the Calendar app. For faster assistance, you can also contact the Calendar support team directly from within the app.
Open the Help section
- Open the Calendar mobile app.
- Open the main menu (hamburger menu in the top-left).
- Select help icon (?) located in the bottom-right.
Open your support tickets
- In the Help section, select the pencil and square icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- This will open the My Tickets screen.
Start a new support conversation
From the My Tickets screen, you can contact the Calendar support team in either of the following ways:
- Select Start a Conversation.
- Or, select the pencil and square icon again in the top-right corner.
Send your message
- Enter your message in the text field.
- Select Done.
- Select Send.
For the fastest support, include as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. Helpful details may include what happened, when it happened, and any steps you took before the issue occurred.
What happens next
Once your message is submitted, the Calendar support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue.
