Manage Your Calendar Visibility

If you use multiple calendars or shared calendars, you may not want all of them displayed every time you view your main calendar. The mobile Calendar app lets you choose which calendars and events are visible.

Open the calendar visibility menu

1. Open the Calendar mobile app.
2. Open the main menu (hamburger menu in the top-left).
3. Select Calendar
4. Select the calendar visibility icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Choose which calendars to display

1. After selecting the icon, a pop-up menu will appear showing your available calendars.
2. Select the checkbox next to a calendar to display its events on your main calendar view.

Hide calendars from view

1. To hide a calendar and remove its events from your main calendar view, clear the checkbox next to that calendar.

2. Repeat this step for any calendars you do not want to display.
