View Analytics

You can now access Analytics directly from the mobile Calendar app to review insights about your meetings and interactions over time.

Steps

1. Open the Calendar mobile app.
2. Open the main menu (hamburger menu in the top-left).

3. Select Analytics.

   
   

Review meeting analytics

After selecting Analytics, you will see a visual summary of your meeting activity for the selected time period.

1. View the analytics dashboard to see meeting data for the current date range.
2. Use the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to change the time period.

3. Review how the visual updates based on the selected range.

   
   

What you can see in meeting analytics

Meeting analytics helps you understand how your time is being spent. Depending on the selected time period, you can view insights such as:

• Total time spent in meetings
• Average meeting length
• Missed meetings
• Canceled meetings

Switch to people analytics

You can also switch from Meeting Analytics to People Analytics to see who you met with most often during a selected time period.

• Toggle from Meeting Analytics to People Analytics.
• Review your top interactions for the selected range.
• Use the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to adjust the time period as needed.
