We have built different ways to manage availability depending on how you work. We let you manage your availability not only in your Calendar, but also your schedule.
Calendar Availability
Your calendar is your full view of your day. You can connect multiple work and personal calendars so you can see your availability in one place and avoid conflicts.
You can also customize how you view and manage your time with:
- Working hours
- Calendar blocks
- Split views
- Color coding
- Categories
- Drag and drop events
Scheduling Availability
Scheduling is different. This is where you control the specific times you want other people to be able to book with you.
You can customize availability for each scheduling event based on the type of meeting. This includes:
- Custom availability by event
- Multiple date ranges
- Different availability by day
- Working hours
- Buffers before and after meetings
- Minimum scheduling notice
- Maximum booking windows
- Specific dates and times you want to offer
- Availability across your connected calendars to help prevent double bookings
For example, I may technically be available on my calendar from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but that does not mean I want customers scheduling meetings with me throughout the entire day.
That is why we separate calendar availability from scheduling availability.
Your calendar helps you understand and manage your time. Scheduling lets you decide exactly when you want to give that time to others.
