Whether you use Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, printing your schedule makes it easy to share availability or keep a physical copy on hand—for your desk, corkboard, or colleagues, friends, and family.
Most calendar applications include built-in print tools within their settings or File menu. In many cases, you can also use standard keyboard shortcuts for faster access.
For example, Google Calendar supports Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) to quickly open the print dialog. In Outlook, you can press Ctrl + P or navigate to File → Print, where you’ll find additional options such as paper orientation, font size, and layout preferences.
On macOS, select File → Print or use Command + P. From there, you can customize print layouts, date ranges, and text sizing to match your needs.
If you’re printing from an Apple mobile device like an iPhone or iPad and your calendar isn’t synced, you can take a screenshot of the calendar view you want to print and send it directly to a connected printer.
To print from your Calendar account on the web, simply open your calendar and choose Print from your browser’s File menu. You can then fine-tune layout and formatting options using your printer settings.
