Whether you use Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple, you can print your calendar in case you want to use a hard copy on your corkboard or give it to a colleague, friend, or family member.
Tools for printing your calendar can be found in your software settings. For example, most calendars have a file menu with the print option.
Or, you can use a keyboard shortcut. For example, Google uses Ctrl + p or Command + p so you can print quickly. For Outlook, it’s Ctrl+P, or you can just go into your calendar, click file, and then Print. Outlook also gives you options for paper orientation or font under Print Options.
If you use a Mac, choose file and then print. Command-P is the shortcut to print. Options include a print layout, time range, and any additional options like the size of the text.
If you want to print a calendar from your Apple mobile device like your iPad or iPhone and haven’t synced your calendar, you can opt to take a screenshot of the calendar you’d like to print. From there, go to file and select the printer that you’re connected with.
For your Calendar account, have your Calendar open and select print from your web browser file menu. You can then choose print options from your printer menu to customize how the calendar prints.
