Steps To Install the Chrome Extension
- If you search on the Chrome web store, search for 'Calendar.com' or just click here.
- Select Calendar for Chrome.
- Select the button 'Add to Chrome.'
- If you are not automatically signed in, click the button 'Sign In.'
- Done. You are ready to use the Chrome extension.
- Tip: For easy access to the extension, Pin the extension to your toolbar.
How to Share Your Availability Using The Extension
- Open the Calendar extension from your browser toolbar.
- Select the Workspace you want to use--Important if you have multiple workspaces.
- Choose the scheduling event that you would like to share, and then click on Add times to email.
- Select up to three specific days to meet.
- Optional: customize the times to meet. Without customization, the first three daily available times will be selected.
- Select the Copy button and then paste the contents into your email.
