The Calendar Zoom integration automatically generates unique Zoom video conferencing links for scheduled events, adding them directly to calendar invites and confirmation emails. It streamlines scheduling by removing the need to manually create and share links for 1:1 or group meetings.
Key Benefits
- Automatic Link Generation: Unique Zoom links are created instantly upon booking and included in both the Calendar.com confirmation and the calendar invite.
- Workflow Automation: When a meeting is rescheduled or canceled in Calendar, the corresponding Zoom meeting is automatically updated.
- Easy Setup: Users connect their accounts via the Calendar Integrations page and select Zoom as the location for the specific scheduling events.
- Zoom Features: Supports Zoom passcodes and Zoom AI Companion (Meeting Summary).
