Prerequisites

1. A Calendar.com account
2. A WebEx account
3. If a "Access denied" message appears, your Webex admin must approve the Calendar app in the Webex Control Hub.

Connecting your WebEx account

1. Navigate to the Integrations page within your Workspace.
2. Select Webex and click to connect.
3. Sign in with your Webex account credentials to authorize the connection.
4. Now you can edit any scheduling event in Calendar and set the location to Webex.
