In the Calendar.com application, a user can belong to many workspaces, so there is a difference between user features and settings and workspace features and settings. Important: the billing account is at the workspace level. If you are familiar with Slack, this is very similar to how Slack works with workspaces.
User-Level Features
These user-level features are shared across all workspaces.
- The calendar (the calendar interface)
- Connecting and managing your calendars
- Your scheduling availability calendars
- Most integrations are user-level
You can access the user-level features and settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right of the screen.
Workspace-Level Features
These workspace-level features and settings are for each individual workspace.
- Scheduling pages
- Scheduling events
- Meeting polls
- Workflows
- Reports & Analytics
- Select integrations
- Team Functionality
- Admin & Billing
You can access the workspace-level features and settings by clicking on your workspace icon on the left side of the screen. When you are on the workspace screen, all the features, functions, and settings here are related to the workspace.
