About Workspaces
In the Calendar.com application, a user can belong to many workspaces. Workspaces are required for all scheduling features and team collaboration. Important: the billing account is at the workspace level—if you are familiar with Slack, this is very similar to how Slack works with workspaces. Usually, a workspace is created during onboarding, but you can always add more workspaces.
Steps to Create A Workspace
- Login to Calendar.com.
Click the (+) icon in the left menu.
In the pop-up, click 'Create a Workspace.'
Select a billing plan and your payment period (monthly or annual).
- Enter the info to create your new workspace:
- Enter your full name.
- Edit your scheduling link (if desired) or use the default. The workspace link is the base link for your workspace and all scheduling from the workspace.
- Select your default calendar for this workspace.
Click 'Create Workspace.'
Add your Billing Info for this workspace. Important: Billing is unique for each workspace. All credit card info is entirely secured by Stripe.
Done. Enjoy your new workspace and all the schedule features and team collaboration offered.
